• Special Price Deals- Each week we will post specials we have found in the market.  These specials will have extra good prices, limited available quantities, and a quick sell out time frame.  You will want to check this page regularly for the new deals we have found. 
• Free Freight- The day freight lines will haul stuff from Point A to Point B for free, that will be the day freight will really be free.  Until then, we all know the freight is part of the cost of the stuff we buy.  Some of our manufacturers ship to us prepaid.  They build into the cost of the stuff the freight cost.  Our selling prices on goods purchased at one of our brick-and-mortar (B&M) stores include fright costs.  If what you buy comes to us with a regular shipment the freight to you is essentially free.  You can pick it up at our store at no additional freight cost to you.  If you need something right away, then there will be an additional freight cost.  If you want it delivered to you there will be a reasonable additional freight cost added to the purchase price.
• Hard-to-Find Items- Our motto is: "If our vendors make it, we can get it for you."  We carry thousands of items on our B&M shelves, but we know there is no store that carries everything.  RuggedWorks.Com comes as close to 100% selection from our established vendors as you can find.  Additionally, we belong to an international buying group and can often search for items and deals you will not find on any store's shelves.
• Quality Goods- Just look on our home page, and you will recognize the many brand names carried on our site.  These national names stand for tradition in quality and value.  You can depend on making the right purchasing decision when you buy these products.
• Merchandise Guarantees- RuggedWorks.Com guarantees all its products to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship that goes into its construction.  There is no particular time limit on our guarantee. Normal and abnormal wear is a consideration when determining the life of any item.  Special guarantees are noted by special products.
• Merchandise Returns- If you are like all other customers we have come across, you really like to keep what you buy and not have to return it.  In a perfect world that would be the case.  One thing worse than having to drive back to a store to return something is having to pack it up to ship it back.  This is one web store that if you pick it up from us you do not have to ship it anywhere for a return adjustment.  We figure it is easier for us to return ten items to the factory at one time then for ten customers to make ten separate returns.

• Industrial/Business Sale- If your order can be handled in a more efficient manner than a regular order you may save even more money.  We have a special discount for large orders and welcome the opportunity to bid on your large order needs.
