How do I contact RuggedWorks?

You can contact us through email, by clicking contact at the top of the page, or by phone, mail or come by either of our locations.

Does Rugged Works have all items in stock?

Items not currently in stock will have their availability date listed on the top of the manufacturer page.

What camouflage patterns do you have available?

Through Bell Ranger we have Timber, Max-4, Hardwoods Green and Woodland.

Through Mossy Oak we have Mossy Oak Break Up, Brush, Duck Blind, and Blaze.

Through Gamehide we have All Purpose, Mossy Oak Duck Blind, Mossy Oak New Break Up.

Lapco makes a long sleeve 100% cotton welder’s shirt.

How do I determine the right boot for my needs?

Ordering Information:

What types of payment methods does RuggedWorks accept?
We take Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express & PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged when your merchandise is shipped to you.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
If you choose standard shipping your purchases will arrive in 3-6 business days. If you choose express shipping you should expect to receive your purchases in only 2-3 business days.

Can I get next day delivery?
Yes. Simply add $20 to the standard shipping rate.

Can I have it shipped to another address?
Yes. When you proceed to "Check out Now", simply put in the address of the place to be shipped in the "Ship To" section.

Can I change/add to my order once it has been submitted?

Yes. If you wish to change or add to your order simply email us the changes you wish to make and we will update your order or we will cancel your order and you can start a new order.

How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after submitting it simply email us and we will cancel your order.  

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your order by going to www.ups.com.

What kind of warranty does RuggedWorks offer?
RuggedWorks guarantees all its products to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship that goes into its construction. Normal and abnormal wear is a consideration when determining the life of an item. Special guarantees are noted by special products.

What is your return policy?
To return merchandise simply ship back the merchandise or bring it in to either of our store locations. Include your cash register receipt or web order receipt for refunds.  For exchanges please include a check for return shipping. 

What if I misplace or don’t have my receipt?
You can ship back the merchandise or bring it in to either of our store locations for exchange or credit for future purchases.

What if I don't know what size to order?
Here is a link to an apparel size chart on the home page and some of the manufacturer pages have size charts for their products.

What if the item does not fit?
You can ship back the merchandise or bring it in to either of our store locations for exchange or refund. A receipt is required for refunds.

How do I find a product that I'm looking for?
Enter the item or type of item you are looking for in the quick search box or you can narrow your search by using our shop by department menus.

How much does shipping cost?
You can see our shipping prices and shipping restrictions by clicking shipping on the top of the page.

My order never arrived, what do I do now?
Contact us and we will locate your order and email you with the information.
