GORE-TEX® works a lot like your skin. It allows moisture to escape, but doesn't let water in because it’s a wafer-thin membrane made from billions of tiny pores that let the water vapor (or sweat, to us regular folks) escape. Cool thing is, the pores are too small for liquid water to penetrate so your feet stay warm, dry and above all, comfortable.

Our very own Hyper-dri® is a highly engineered, waterproof, breathable yet scent-free barrier that lines an entire boot for 100% protection. And while it does a great job keeping water out, Hyper-dri® also absorbs moisture and transfers it away from your feet, keeping your feet warm, comfortable and dry enough to stick it out and finish the job. No matter how wet things get.

The Quad Comfort Outsole system’s the best thing to come along since an extended deer season, because it puts four layers of cushion between your feet and the harsh terrain. Protecting against the kind of jarring shock a full day can feet and legs to absorb, the unique Quad Core™ insole boards shoulder the load at individual weight-bearing points. Basically, so your feet and knees don’t have to, because you’ve got far more important things to concern yourself with when the day’s done. Like, for instance, hunting up some dinner or whupping some hind end in a fastpitch league that night.

For years now, we’ve leaned toward Thinsulate™ and Thinsulate™ Ultra insulation because it's really thin and light without sacrificing warmth. Simply put, it’s a fine way to keep our boots less bulky and the lightest weight imaginable. To cut down on foot sweat, it's breathable and moisture-resistant and it even stays warm when wet. See, that’s because the science folks at Thinsulate make it from thousands of tiny microfibers that trap little pockets of insulating air space inside and while all that science is cool and everything, we just like how Thinsulate gives folks like you ultimate in cold weather protection.

360° snakebite protection from those shifty little critters’ fangs gives hunters the peace-of-mind to march through the high grass and stay focused on bringing home dinner.

Taking the warmth and waterproofing of the traditional PAC boot to a whole new level, Precision Fit Technology™ makes a cold-weather boot feel sleek, with the contoured fit and comfort much like leather boot. And, because it's built on a last, the fit is more precise, making PFT™ boots the first PAC boots available in half sizes and widths.
